The Above and Beyond: Teachers Love Program is a community-driven initiative led by Steven Kohnle Agency – Farmers Insurance in collaboration with Erin Kuntzsch of Modern Real Estate KC. This program was designed to honor and celebrate the incredible contributions of teachers and school staff who work tirelessly to shape the lives of students and enrich our communities.
About the Program?
Every day, teachers and school staff go the extra mile to support their students, schools, and communities.
We want to recognize and celebrate these everyday heroes. That’s why we’ve launched the Above & Beyond Teacher’s Love Award—to shine a spotlight on their hard work and dedication.
Here’s how it works:
- Each month, we’ll select one nominee from the submissions.
- The winner will be awarded a $200 gift card as our way of saying “thank you!”
Who Can You Nominate?
- 🏫 Classroom teachers
- 📚 Support staff (custodians, office staff, aides, bus drivers, etc.)
- 🍎 Anyone in a school who goes above and beyond for others
Why This Program Matters
Teachers give so much to their students and communities, often going above and beyond their job descriptions to ensure their students’ success. Steven and Erin, both inspired by the teachers in their own lives, felt it was important to create a program that gives back to these unsung heroes.
How Can You Participate?
- Tag your favorite Olathe elementary school in the comments section of the designated social media post.
- Share the post with friends, family, and your community to help spread the word and increase nominations.
Rules & Details
- Submissions must be made by someone other than the nominee. (Personal submissions will not be accepted.)
- One winner will be selected each month.
- Winners will be contacted via the information provided on the form.
